I started having those thoughts again
The thoughts that echoed in my mind, saying i'm not worth anything
Everything is going so wrong
and I can not help but think that I'm the one to blame
It's like every turn I make
leads me down the wrong street
It's like every breath I take
is the last breath inside of me
It's like i'm drowning as my failures consume me
But that's not how You see me
No You see my true beauty
I am a treasure, worth more than silver or gold
I am God's portrait, and He calls me beautiful
I am, a princess I belong to my King
That's how my God sees me
And though my head may scream
that I'm not good enough
I can't let that define me
Cause then I see Your words
written out of love
saying I'm worth more than rubies
So in Christ I will find my identity.
I started feeling crushed against a wall
As daily I'm reminded of all my shame
and all of my flaws
Living in a past full of regrets
Oh they've taken over me, and made me believe
That I'm worthless
I'ts like every dream I have
Gets shattered, right in my face
It's like I'm in a trap
And I can't find the way to escape
It's like I'm in a whirlwind
And You just keep spinning away
But I wont Give into these feelings
Cause it's only the world
And only You Lord, can define me
